I’ve been working in the real estate industry since 2002 — Before I ever represented a buyer or seller, I was redeveloping multifamily properties, pulling permits, and learning the industry from the inside. In 2005 I obtained my NC and VA general contractor licenses, and over the next two decades I built and renovated hundreds of residential and commercial properties.

That background shapes everything I do as a broker and property manager. I’ve been the investor managing a renovation budget, the landlord maximizing occupancy, and the owner figuring out when to hold and when to sell. I bring all of that to the table when I work with clients.

Today I’m active across Rocky Mount and eastern NC as well as Raleigh and the greater Triangle — helping investors acquire, manage, and exit income-producing properties.
