I’ve been in real estate since 2002 — started redeveloping multifamily properties, got my NC and VA general contractor licenses by 2005, and spent the next two decades building and renovating hundreds of residential and commercial assets across eastern North Carolina.

This is where I started, and it’s a market I know down to the street level. Eastern NC offers strong fundamentals for investors — lower acquisition costs, stable rental demand, and industrial and commercial corridors that are underappreciated relative to the Triangle. I’m active here across multifamily, office and retail.

One of the fastest-growing metros in the Southeast, the Triangle draws investors for good reason — population growth, job diversity, and consistent rental demand across all asset classes. I work with investors here on SFR rentals, fix-and-flips, and select commercial opportunities, with a focus on finding deals that actually pencil out in a competitive market.
